IPBartenders are pioneers of bartender training, offering innovative courses developed by some of the industry's most respected bartenders. Over the last decade we have trained bartenders all over the world. We offer a range of bespoke training courses for bartenders, consumers, bars and brands.
Specialising in courses aimed at multiple retail operators we have driven growth, service standards, skills and profits for Marriott Hotels, Novus Leisure, Mitchells and Butler, Laurel and the Soho House Group amongst many others.

We currently offer a number of programmes ranging from one day service and skills training through to four day, detailed cocktail and spirits category training and all points in between.
Consumer courses, which afford guests the opportunity to learn about all aspects of cocktail making from the best in the business, are available either in our custom built training space or in the venue of your choosing.

Both courses offer an opportunity for experienced and novice bartenders alike to learn key fundamentals and techniques from London's most celebrated and charismatic Mixologist.
The One Day Professional Course includes product knowledge, guest service procedures and an introduction to cocktails. Ben will guide attendees through alcohol production, the skills to consistently produce truly exceptional cocktails with the verve and style to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Not to be missed.
The Two Day Advanced Course will take an in depth look at spirit categories, brand styles, recipes and histories of classic cocktails and a fascinating look at the techniques of the advanced cocktail bartender. This is a unique opportunity for bartenders of all levels to learn from the best.
Both courses will be held at IPBartenders purpose built training bar in West London.
