Regional Trainer Opportunity
IPBartenders have recently agreed to sponsor the Class Bar Awards Bar Retail Brand of the Year - celebrating the work we do with many of the UK's top-end multiple bar retailers. One of the finalists, Que Pasa, owned by Marstons is looking for a Regional Trainer for their Bars Division
The trainer will work with the Bars Segment Manager to develop the cocktail menu and review potential new products for our drinks portfolio. You will train and coach cocktail, wine and coffee knowledge across the division.
Along side your cocktail development work, you will also monitor staff induction and e-learning, running workshops and supporting bar managers with the development of their staff through the key holder programme.
You will need previous experience of retail, multi-site environment with an expertise of the cocktail and drinks market. Experience of team training is necessary as is the ability to work across their estate.
